We are three former teammates who have a dream: to bring the beauty of this sport to the world. So we began as rank amateurs last April, making videos of races, interviews with coaches and athletes, and the occasional music video. We posted our efforts on iTunes (the good, the bad, and the ugly), striving to improve each time out.
Now we're on the brink of something new: a season's worth of video race coverage of intercollegiate rowing.
Yes, we are Cal alums and some of our early coverage was too rah-rah. But we aspire to something better: to present the sport at large, with fairness, intimacy, and respect to all who participate.
