In-Depth: Vo2 Max Testing

test

A couple of weeks ago, the guys at the PTC did their annual Vo2 Max testing. Dr. Fritz Hagerman came to administer the test with a new mask, you may have seen SubZero sporting it in Mortal Combat. We gathered up some photos and video of the event and asked Cameron Winklevoss to give us some insight into the testing.

Well, its been a while since I last updated everyone. I got out of the habit since we were regularly updating the Four-o-meter, but now that it is still in hibernation, I think its time to let readers know what has been going on with this guy. Let me sum up.

Winter Training in Chula Vista

I heard recently that Lake Carnegie was open for skating in Princeton. Weather reports tell me that temperatures have been hovering in the 30s, and that for the most part, it’s been a pretty standard Jersey winter. Normally I would wilt at the thought of ice, snow, antifreeze and high heating bills, but instead I write this gleefully from the dining hall of the Arco Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, where the weather report remains stable: 65 and sunny. So while my friends and cohorts on the men’s team rekindle their relationships with the ergometers in Princeton, I am enjoying warm, rose-colored sunsets over dusty desert hills, where families of small, furry bunnies scamper playfully to and fro amid the twilight-silhouetted palm trees.
