No Less Than 10% Juice
This little group has been started to keep in touch with our dear breathren in Clemson, South Carolina and to find out what they are up to. We also would like to include any rowing fans out there (if you exist, and yes moms count) and give you a taste of what those striving for the Olympic dream do besides row. So please enjoy, contribute, and of course thank Matt Imes for making this all possible even though he sucks at Halo.

Rowing fans
WE DO EXIST! As far as I know I'm not even any of your's mom, though I often dream that Volp is my dad.
Wyatt Allen Vs. Bruce Lee?
The Inner Soul of Guiseppe Lanzone
In recent months we have been looking for new ways to approach rowing both technically and mentally. We have discovered that the use of metaphor and symbolism can be very effective when use properly.
Donnie, you're out of your element
Ouch. First off, nice mohawk. What is this, a Rage Against the Machine concert? Are we back in '97? What happened to the Mt. Rainier winter training trip photo? Advise.
Have you seen Beetlejuice?
Some concerns have been expressed in this group (Left Arm Tan) that we are misspelling the title and it should be Guise instead of Juice. To help deal with this issue I refer you to the eighties cult classic Beetlejuice. In the movie BeetleJuice, who is an exorcist of the living for the dead, advertises his services in a flyer and television commercial.
Things are up in the Southeast
Quick shout out to our friends in the Southwest.
Since your transcontinental California gold rush last month, several key developments have occurred in Clemson that have resulted in a drastically improved standard of living.
These include, but are not limited to, the following:
David Beckham of Rowing
Let me just say what an honor it is to row with The Gift, the Icon of USrowing, Bryan Volpenhein. This man is no myth, but a living legend. Known also as "The Franchise", His Giftedness has taken us under his wing. We mortal grasshoppers strive daily to learn the mideastern secrets of his zen rowing.
